Description: MRL (Martins Residential Lettings) are the Residential Letting arm of Martins Estates. MRL Limited have been managing property in the South East over the last fifteen years, with offices in Ashford, Folkestone and Maidstone covering Kent and the Medway towns.

Overview: MRL wanted to create a dedicated lettings website.

Target Audience: Landlords, Tenants in Ashford, Folkestone, Maidstone and Kent areas.

Here's what we did...

Signature Image Consultants re-designed website used simple online content management software or CMS, to enable MRL staff to update the website.
The property database is powered by Rightmove.
They also needed a place they could add company news in an easy manner, so we created a Blog to publish property news so staff can simply copy and paste
their news into the site.
They also wanted to get their website ranked well in search engines so a lot of emphasis was put into back-end SEO development of a site.
